How do I update my personal details in CreditRefresh?

Legal name and date of birth are read-only in the current app. For a correction, email support@creditrefresh.ai from your account email and identify whether the error is in the CreditRefresh profile, a letter or a bureau report. Ask for the approved secure upload route if documents are needed, and do not send SSN or document images through this chat or ordinary email. The in-app question button opens the AI assistant and does not itself create a correction request.

You can change both from your account settings. Your email address matters more than most settings because it is how we verify it's really you: support requests, billing questions, and data requests all need to come from the address on your account. If you've lost access to that email entirely, contact support@creditrefresh.ai and be ready to verify your identity another way.
Start with the password reset link on the sign-in page and check your spam folder for the reset email. Make sure you're using the email address your account was created with, not a personal alias or an old address. If a payment recently failed, access can be interrupted until billing is current. If none of that gets you in, email support@creditrefresh.ai and we'll sort it out.
Check the report date and the screen where the failure occurs. Refresh may reuse a recent report, while Analysis & Findings works on stored data and is a separate step.
CreditRefresh protects your data with encrypted HTTPS connections, encryption at rest, AES-256 encryption on the full copy of each credit report in the CreditRefresh database, and card payments tokenized by the payment processor. CreditRefresh does not sell your personal information for money. In Settings you can turn on two-factor authentication, download your data and delete your account.
