How it works
Pull. Dispute. Mail it your way.
CreditRefresh pulls your credit reports, uses AI to draft a ready-to-send dispute letter for each questionable item, and shows you every step. When the letters are ready, mail them yourself or have RushMail send them to the bureaus for a small per-letter fee.
It pulls your credit reports
Once you subscribe, CreditRefresh accesses your reports so it can see what’s actually being reported about you.
AI reviews and drafts disputes
It scans for items that look inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or past the legal reporting window, and drafts a tailored dispute letter for each one.
You mail them, or RushMail does
Every dispute comes as a print-ready letter. Print and mail it yourself, or have RushMail, our mailing partner, send it to the bureaus for a small per-letter fee and skip the stamps and the post office.
You see everything and stay in control
View what was filed and track the bureaus’ responses. Under the FCRA, bureaus generally must investigate a dispute, typically within 30 days.
What CreditRefresh can dispute
- Inaccurate
- Wrong balances, accounts that aren’t yours, incorrect payment status, duplicates, wrong dates.
- Incomplete or misleading
- Technically not false, but missing context that makes an item look worse than reality.
- Unverifiable
- Items the bureau and furnisher can’t confirm during the investigation must be corrected or removed.
- Too old to be reported
- Most negative items after seven years; Chapter 7 bankruptcy after ten.
- The result of identity theft
- Fraudulent items can be blocked.
What it does not do: dispute information that’s accurate, current, and verifiable. No one can lawfully remove that — and any service promising otherwise is a red flag.
Does CreditRefresh actually work?
CreditRefresh files legitimate disputes under the same federal process you’ve always had the right to use — it just does the work for you and shows you each step. It can’t guarantee a specific score change, and no honest service can. What it does is make the dispute process fast, transparent, and hands-off.
