CreditRefresh itself is free. What you pay for is Refresh Monitoring, the $49/month credit monitoring subscription that includes full access to CreditRefresh. The guarantee is simple: work the program for a full year, and if your credit score never improved, those subscription payments come back to you in full.

What you need to qualify

The guarantee covers members who actually work the program. Here is exactly what that means:

    An active subscription, all 12 months

    Your Refresh Monitoring subscription stays active and uninterrupted for 12 consecutive months from the day you enroll, through the day your claim is decided. Pauses, lapses, or cancellations end eligibility.

    Nine dispute rounds, one every 40 days

    Generate dispute letters for your questionable items and send a round every 40 days until you have completed nine. The cadence gives the bureaus the investigation window the FCRA allows them between rounds.

    Every round sent through RushMail

    All nine rounds must be mailed through RushMail so every letter is independently tracked and time-stamped. Self-mailed rounds do not count toward the guarantee.

    No new negative items

    No new late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, or bankruptcies added to your reports during the guarantee period. Disputes cannot outrun new negative activity.

How to file a claim

    We review complete claims within 14 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What disqualifies a claim

  • Any of your three bureau scores was higher at any point during the 12 months than at enrollment. That is the program doing its job.
  • Your subscription lapsed, paused, or was cancelled before your claim was decided.
  • Fewer than nine rounds were completed, a round fell outside the 40-day cadence, or a round was mailed outside RushMail.
  • Credit card utilization was above 6% at round eight or any time after.
  • New negative items were added to your reports during the period.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute was filed on any CreditRefresh or RushMail charge.
  • The claim was filed outside the 30-day window.
  • The account information was inaccurate or the claim is not from the original account holder. The guarantee is one per person and cannot be transferred.

What does the CreditRefresh 100% guarantee cover?
It refunds 100% of every Refresh Monitoring subscription payment you made during the guarantee period. CreditRefresh itself is free with the subscription. Per-letter RushMail fees are billed by a separate mailing company and are not part of the refund.
Is this a guarantee that my credit score will go up?
No, and no honest company can promise that. Dispute outcomes are decided by the credit bureaus and the companies that report to them. This is a refund promise: if the program does not help your score after a full year of real use, you get your money back.
Why nine rounds, one every 40 days?
Because the guarantee covers the program as designed. Bureaus generally get 30 days to investigate each dispute under the FCRA, so a 40-day cadence gives every round a full investigation before the next one goes out, and nine cycles keep pressure on every questionable item across the entire year.
Why does every round have to go through RushMail?
Eligibility depends on proving that every round went out on schedule. RushMail time-stamps and tracks each letter automatically, which is the only mailing record accepted for claims. You can still print and mail letters yourself as a member; self-mailed rounds just do not count toward the guarantee.
How much money would I actually get back?
Refresh Monitoring is $49 per month, and the refund covers every payment from enrollment through your claim window. Nine rounds every 40 days plus the 60-day wait spans roughly 13 to 14 months, so an approved claim typically returns $637 to $686.
