What the money-back guarantee is

The CreditRefresh money-back guarantee refunds 100% of what you paid for Refresh Monitoring if your credit score never improved over a full year in the program. CreditRefresh itself is free. What you pay for is Refresh Monitoring, the $49 per month credit monitoring subscription that includes full access to CreditRefresh.

This is a refund promise, not a promise that your score will go up. No honest company can guarantee a specific score, because the credit bureaus and the companies that report to them decide dispute outcomes. What we can promise is that if you give the program an honest year and no score improves, your money comes back.

What you do to qualify

To qualify, you work the program for 12 months and send nine rounds of dispute letters through RushMail, one every 40 days. RushMail is the mailing service that sends your letters so each one is independently tracked and time-stamped.

Here is what the program asks of you across the year:

  • Keep your Refresh Monitoring subscription active and uninterrupted for 12 consecutive months, from enrollment through the day your claim is decided. Pauses, lapses, and cancellations end eligibility.
  • Send nine dispute rounds, one every 40 days. The cadence gives the bureaus their full investigation window between rounds.
  • Mail all nine rounds through RushMail. Letters you print and mail yourself do not count toward the guarantee.
  • Get your overall credit card utilization to 6% or below by the time your eighth round goes out, and keep it there through your claim.
  • Add no new negative items, such as late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, or bankruptcies.
  • File no chargebacks or payment disputes on any Refresh Monitoring or RushMail charge.

How the refund works

After your ninth round is mailed, you wait 60 days, then you can file a claim. The wait gives the bureaus time to finish their last investigations and your reports time to settle. Your scores for the whole year are read from your Refresh Monitoring dashboard, where your reports and score history live.

If none of your three bureau scores was ever higher than at enrollment, you get 100% of your Refresh Monitoring payments back. If any score rose at any point in the 12 months, the refund does not apply.

How to file a claim

You file a claim during the 30-day window that opens 60 days after your ninth round goes out. Filing outside that window ends eligibility, so note when your ninth round is mailed.

To file, email support and include the email tied to your account. RushMail keeps the record of every mailing, so your proof of mailing is handled automatically. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Where to read the full terms

The full terms, including every requirement and the claim steps, live at creditrefresh.ai/guarantee. The guarantee applies once per person, to the original account holder only, and is not transferable. The terms in effect the day you enroll are the ones that apply to you.

How much does CreditRefresh cost?

CreditRefresh requires a RefreshMonitoring subscription, which costs $49 a month. That one subscription bundles three-bureau credit monitoring with unlimited AI-generated dispute letters, so there is a single flat price rather than a base fee plus per-letter charges. It sits below the $79 to $149 a month traditional credit repair charges, with no setup fee, no contract, and cancel anytime.

What is CreditRefresh's refund policy?

CreditRefresh is month-to-month with no contract, so the main way to control what you pay is to cancel before your next billing date, which stops the next charge. If you believe a charge was made in error, like being billed after you cancelled or a duplicate charge, email support@creditrefresh.ai from the address on your account and a human will review it.

When does billing start? Will I be charged on the waitlist?

Billing begins when CreditRefresh launches, not while you're on the waitlist. Waitlist members aren't charged during pre-launch — the $49 monthly RefreshMonitoring subscription only starts once your account goes live and you have access to the monitoring and dispute tools. It's month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime with no contract.
