Billing begins after you provide payment details and complete the fourth signup step. That first payment starts your Refresh Monitoring subscription. CreditRefresh is included with the subscription at no additional cost. The payment step may appear inside CreditRefresh or through RefreshMonitoring, our monitoring partner, but the billing point stays the same.
What happens before billing begins?
The signup flow has four steps, and only the last step starts billing. You can create the account and enter your details without a card. The monitoring connection comes next, where the price appears before payment information. Use the CreditRefresh signup page to begin.
- Create your free account with an email and password. No card is requested, and billing does not begin.
- Enter the name, address, mobile number, and last four Social Security number digits used for your dispute letters.
- Connect credit monitoring through RefreshMonitoring, our monitoring partner. You see the price before entering payment details.
- Provide payment and complete the final step. The subscription and billing begin when you finish this payment step.
What does the $49.99 monthly charge cover?
The $49.99 monthly charge is for Refresh Monitoring, with CreditRefresh included at no additional cost. The subscription covers credit monitoring and access to CreditRefresh dispute tools. There is no setup fee, per-dispute charge, or contract. Review the current details on the pricing page.
- Report pulls through Refresh Monitoring are consumer-initiated soft inquiries, and CreditRefresh never runs a hard pull.
- Print-ready letters can be downloaded and mailed by you at no added cost. No letter is mailed automatically.
- RushMail is optional. If you choose partner mailing for an approved letter, a separate per-letter fee applies.
When does the subscription renew?
After the first charge, Refresh Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel. Your renewal date follows the monthly anniversary of the date your subscription began, with calendar adjustments when needed. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent that charge. You keep access through the period already paid.
