Billing

When does billing start? Will I be charged on the waitlist?

Billing begins when CreditRefresh launches, not while you're on the waitlist. Waitlist members aren't charged during pre-launch — the $49 monthly RefreshMonitoring subscription only starts once your account goes live and you have access to the monitoring and dispute tools. It's month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime with no contract.

When the first charge happens

Your RefreshMonitoring subscription starts billing when CreditRefresh launches and your account goes live — not before. The $49 monthly charge begins once you have actual access to the monitoring and AI dispute tools, so you're never paying for time you can't use the product.

Waitlist members aren't charged

If you joined the waitlist during pre-launch, you are not billed while you wait. Being on the list reserves your spot; it doesn't start a subscription. The clock on billing starts at launch, not at signup.

What you get when billing starts

Once your subscription is active, $49 a month covers the full loop: three-bureau monitoring, automatic report pulls, AI analysis that flags errors and FCRA violations, and unlimited dispute letters you review before they go out. There's one flat price — you're not charged per letter or per dispute round.

You can cancel anytime

There's no contract. Once billing begins, it's month-to-month, and you can cancel whenever you want before your next billing date. Cancelling stops the next charge and ends new bureau pulls; disputes already sent keep running.
