How do I cancel my CreditRefresh subscription?
You can cancel CreditRefresh at any time, with no contracts and no cancellation penalty. Cancelling stops future billing, ends new bureau pulls, and closes the platform's ongoing access to your credit data. Your existing dispute history is retained under the Privacy Policy unless you request deletion. To cancel, email support@creditrefresh.ai.
How to cancel
Because CreditRefresh is month-to-month, you can cancel whenever you want. There is no multi-year contract and no penalty for leaving. Billing begins at launch, so waitlist members are not charged during pre-launch.
To cancel, email support@creditrefresh.ai from the address on your account and ask to close your subscription, or use the cancellation option in your account settings once billing is live.
What happens when you cancel
- Future billing stops. You are not charged for the next cycle.
- New bureau pulls end. CreditRefresh stops pulling fresh copies of your reports.
- Ongoing access closes. The platform no longer reaches your bureau data through our provider, Array.
- Disputes already sent keep running. The bureau still has its 30 days to respond under FCRA Section 611.
What happens to your data
Cancelling ends new access, but your existing records, the letters generated and the bureau responses, are retained under our Privacy Policy. If you want that data deleted, say so in your cancellation email and we will process the request.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case and as required by law. If you think you were billed in error or want to ask about a refund, email support@creditrefresh.ai and include your account email and the charge in question.
Can you pause instead of cancel?
If you just need a break, for example while a round of disputes plays out, email support before cancelling. Keeping the account open preserves your dispute history and tracking in one place.

Yes. CreditRefresh treats credit and personal data as sensitive by default. Bureau pulls are soft inquiries that don't affect your score. Credentials are encrypted, used only for dispute work. Your data isn't sold to advertisers or third parties — it stays in our systems for finding errors, drafting letters, and tracking outcomes.
No. CreditRefresh is dispute automation software, not a traditional credit repair company. The app pulls your credit reports, an AI flags errors and FCRA violations, drafts dispute letters, and you review and approve each one before it is sent. There is no agent representing you, no monthly retainer for services, and no contracts.
CreditRefresh is an app that uses AI to find errors and FCRA violations on your credit reports, then drafts custom dispute letters to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. It pulls your reports automatically, flags inaccurate balances, outdated items, and reporting that violates federal law, and tracks each bureau's 30-day response. You approve every letter before it's sent.
