How do I cancel my CreditRefresh subscription?
Cancel in the app by opening Settings, selecting Billing and subscription, choosing Cancel plan, and following the confirmation steps. You can also email support@creditrefresh.ai from the address associated with your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues through the paid period.
You can cancel your Refresh Monitoring subscription from the Billing and subscription tab in CreditRefresh settings. You can also request cancellation by emailing support@creditrefresh.ai from your account address. There is no contract or cancellation fee. Cancellation prevents the next renewal while preserving access through the period you already paid for.
How do I cancel in the app?
Use the cancellation control in your account settings. The app shows the date through which you keep access and explains what becomes unavailable when the paid period ends. Review those details before confirming. If the app cannot confirm the request, follow the message shown and contact support if needed.
- Sign in to CreditRefresh and open Settings.
- Select Billing and subscription, then choose Cancel plan beside your active subscription.
- Choose the reason that best fits, add an optional note when available, and select Continue.
- Review the final notice and confirm cancellation. The app then marks the subscription to end after your paid period.
Can I cancel by email?
Yes. Email support@creditrefresh.ai from the email address associated with your account and clearly request subscription cancellation. Using the account address helps support identify the correct subscription. If you have an account-specific concern, include enough detail for a person to understand what you need without sharing card details by email.
When does cancellation take effect?
Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then the subscription ends. If your credit monitoring pull has not happened yet, ask support about a refund of that charge. Complete cancellation before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.
What changes after my paid period ends?
- Credit monitoring stops, new bureau pulls end, and CreditRefresh no longer has ongoing access to your bureau data.
- You can no longer view disputes, bureau responses, dispute results, letters, or credit reports inside CreditRefresh.
- Dispute letters already mailed remain with the bureaus. Their review continues, but results may arrive after your CreditRefresh access ends.
What happens to my saved data?
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account data. Your history is saved, and resubscribing later can restore access. If you also want stored data deleted, clearly request deletion in your email to support. Read more about how CreditRefresh protects account data.
For questions about charges after cancellation, read the CreditRefresh refund policy. For help with your cancellation request, email support@creditrefresh.ai from the address associated with your account.

Yes. CreditRefresh treats credit and personal data as sensitive by default. Bureau pulls are soft inquiries that don't affect your score. Credentials are encrypted, used only for dispute work. Your data isn't sold to advertisers or third parties — it stays in our systems for finding errors, drafting letters, and tracking outcomes.
No. CreditRefresh is dispute automation software, not a traditional credit repair company. The app pulls your credit reports, an AI flags errors and FCRA violations, drafts dispute letters, and you review and approve each one before it is sent. There is no agent representing you, no monthly retainer for services, and no contracts.
CreditRefresh is an app that uses AI to find errors and FCRA violations on your credit reports, then drafts custom dispute letters to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. It pulls your reports automatically, flags inaccurate balances, outdated items, and reporting that violates federal law, and tracks each bureau's 30-day response. You approve every letter before it's sent.
