Where do I sign up for CreditRefresh?

Go to creditrefresh.ai/signup to begin. The page sends you to the secure account form at app.creditrefresh.ai, where you enter an email and create a password. Before continuing, confirm that you meet the CreditRefresh eligibility requirements. This is the official route into the four-step signup wizard.

What are the four signup steps?

The signup wizard has four steps. You create the free account, enter the personal information used on your letters, connect credit monitoring, and provide payment for the subscription. The progress bar shows all four steps so you can see where you are in the process.

  1. Create your free account. The first screen says “Create your free account” and explains that no card is needed and the account itself is always free. Enter your email and choose a password. The password checklist updates as you type. Your password must have at least eight characters, at least one letter, and at least one number. Review the checklist before selecting Continue. This step creates your login only. No subscription payment begins here, and no payment card is requested on this screen. You will use the account to move through the remaining signup steps and later return to the CreditRefresh workspace. The account remains free even though a paid monitoring choice appears later. Treat the email and password as your sign-in credentials for CreditRefresh. The paid subscription begins only after you reach the payment step and provide card details.
  2. Enter your details. The second screen collects the information that will appear on your dispute letters. Enter your first name and last name, plus a middle name and suffix when either applies. Add your street address, any apartment, suite, or unit, your city, state, and ZIP code. The form also asks for your mobile number and the last four digits of your Social Security number. CreditRefresh uses these details to prepare letters with the identifying information the bureaus need. Check names, numbers, and address details carefully because the drafted letters will use what you enter. The middle name, suffix, and apartment, suite, or unit fields are optional. This screen is separate from the bureau identity check, which occurs when you connect reports in the next step and asks for more information.
  3. Connect credit monitoring. The third screen connects you with RefreshMonitoring, our monitoring partner. You see the price before entering any payment details. When you connect reports, the bureau runs a separate identity check and may ask for more information than CreditRefresh requested, including security questions generated by the bureau. That check is distinct from entering the last four digits of your Social Security number during the details step. Once verification succeeds, reports can be pulled from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Those pulls are consumer-initiated soft inquiries. Read how identity verification works if you want the two checks explained in more detail. The connection supplies the three-bureau reports CreditRefresh needs for the scan. CreditRefresh never runs a hard pull. A successful bureau identity check allows reports to move into the account for analysis, but completing this step does not authorize any letter to be mailed.
  4. Add payment. The fourth screen asks for card details. Your Refresh Monitoring subscription starts after payment, at $49.99 per month. CreditRefresh is included at no additional cost. There is no setup fee, per-dispute charge, or contract, and you may cancel at any time. The subscription provides the monitoring connection used to obtain reports from all three bureaus. After the reports arrive, CreditRefresh scans them and drafts letters for you to review. Downloading print-ready letters and mailing them yourself adds no fee. RushMail can mail approved letters for a per-letter fee when you choose that option. Nothing is mailed automatically. You keep control after the drafts appear. Each letter waits for your approval, and you choose whether to mail a downloaded copy or pay RushMail to mail that approved letter. The subscription price does not include the optional per-letter RushMail fee.

What do I need before I start?

Have the information requested by the four signup screens available. You need account credentials, the personal and address details used on your letters, information for identity verification and report connection, and a payment card for the subscription. Optional name and address fields can be left blank when they do not apply.

  • Your login information. The account form asks for an email and a password. Choose a password with at least eight characters, including at least one letter and one number. The screen displays a live checklist so you can confirm each requirement before you continue. Creating this login does not require a card and does not start the paid subscription. The free account is the place where you complete signup and later review the reports and letters made available through CreditRefresh. Keep the login details available so you can return to the workspace after your reports connect.
  • Your personal and address details. Be ready to enter your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, mobile number, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Add a middle name, suffix, or apartment, suite, or unit only when the field applies to you. These details are placed on your drafted dispute letters, so enter them as you want them shown. CreditRefresh works with consumer credit reports for US consumers who have files at Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion and can complete the bureau identity check. CreditRefresh is not built for business credit. Because the service pulls all three reports, eligibility covers consumers with files at each of the three nationwide bureaus who can verify their identity.
  • Your identity check and payment details. When reports are connected, the bureau conducts an identity check that asks for more information, including security questions generated by the bureau. This check is separate from the last four digits entered on the signup details screen. You also need card details for the final payment step, when the Refresh Monitoring subscription begins. You will see the subscription price before you enter payment information. For an overview of the connection process, read how to connect your credit report and what Refresh Monitoring provides.

Does signing up cost anything?

Creating your account costs nothing and requires no card. The paid part is Refresh Monitoring at $49.99 per month, with CreditRefresh included at no additional cost. There is no setup fee, per-dispute charge, or contract. See the current terms on the pricing page. RushMail remains optional and charges a per-letter mailing fee.

Will signing up affect my credit score?

Connecting reports through Refresh Monitoring creates consumer-initiated soft inquiries. Soft inquiries never affect a credit score, and CreditRefresh never runs a hard pull. This statement applies only to report pulls. CreditRefresh does not promise what your score will do afterward. Drafted letters support your dispute rights under FCRA Section 611.

What happens after I finish signup?

After signup and identity verification, reports are pulled from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. CreditRefresh uses AI to scan the reports and prepare draft letters for your review. You decide which letters to approve and whether to download and mail them yourself or use RushMail. Read the full after-signup walkthrough for each stage.

Can I cancel after signing up?

Yes. Refresh Monitoring has no contract, and you can cancel at any time. Creating the free CreditRefresh account does not create a separate account charge. The subscription is the paid service. Optional RushMail fees apply only when you choose the partner mailing service for approved letters.

The company refund policy covers nine dispute rounds sent through RushMail, one every 40 days across a full year. If none of your three bureau scores was ever higher than at enrollment, Refresh Monitoring payments are refunded in full. Review every condition in the money-back guarantee terms. The policy is not a promise that a score will rise.

Frequently asked questions about signing up

Do I need a card to create a CreditRefresh account?

No. The account itself is free, and the first signup step asks only for your email and password. A card is requested in the fourth step for the $49.99 monthly Refresh Monitoring subscription. CreditRefresh is included with that subscription at no additional cost.

What is RefreshMonitoring during signup?

RefreshMonitoring is the connection used with our monitoring partner during signup. The Refresh Monitoring subscription costs $49.99 per month and provides access to reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You see the price before entering payment details, and CreditRefresh is included at no additional cost.

Do I enter my full Social Security number during signup?

The CreditRefresh details screen asks for only the last four digits of your Social Security number. Later, when reports are connected, the bureau performs a separate identity check that asks for more information, including security questions generated by the bureau. The two requests are separate.

Does CreditRefresh mail my letters automatically?

No. Every drafted letter waits for your review, approval, and delivery choice. You can download print-ready letters and mail them yourself at no added cost. If you choose RushMail, the partner mails approved letters for a per-letter fee. No letter leaves without your decision.
