How does the CreditRefresh referral program work?
CreditRefresh rewards you with 5 free RushMail letter credits every time a friend you refer subscribes, not just signs up. Share your referral link from the Refer a friend page in the app. Once your friend's subscription activates, the credits land in your account automatically and apply at checkout the next time you choose RushMail. If your credits cover only part of an order, you pay the rest.
How the referral reward works
From the Refer a friend page in the app, you get a personal referral link to share with friends. When someone signs up using your link and their subscription activates, you earn 5 free RushMail letter credits. Signing up alone does not trigger the reward, your friend has to actually subscribe.
What the Refer a friend page shows
The page tracks three numbers, each updated as referrals come in.
- Total referrals: how many friends have subscribed through your link.
- Free letters earned: the running total of credits you've received (5 per qualifying referral).
- Free letters available: your current unused balance, since credits get spent as you use them.
How credits get applied
Free letter credits apply automatically. You do not enter a code. The next time you choose to have RushMail print and mail a dispute round instead of printing it yourself, your available credits are applied at checkout. If you have enough credits to cover every letter in that round, you pay nothing. If your credits only cover part of the order, you pay only for the letters not covered, at RushMail's small per-letter fee.
Credits only apply to RushMail letters
The reward covers RushMail's mail partner service, where RushMail prints and mails a dispute letter for you. If you print and mail a letter yourself, there is no fee to offset, so no credit is needed for that letter. Finding and sharing your referral link
Your personal referral link lives on the Refer a friend page, in a read-only field labeled Your referral link. Click Copy next to it to copy the link, then send it to a friend however you'd normally share a link, by text, email, or social media. There's no limit built into the page on how many friends you can invite.
If a referral doesn't show up
Total referrals only updates once your friend's subscription is active, so if they've only created an account, the count stays at 0. Check with your friend to confirm their subscription is live. If it is and your numbers still haven't updated, contact support@creditrefresh.ai or use the Ask CreditRefresh a question chat in the app so support can look into it.

CreditRefresh may ask for an ID front and back, an SSN card, proof of address, or an identity theft report. You only need to upload these if you choose RushMail to mail a bureau dispute letter for you, since bureaus require proof of identity for mailed disputes. Printing and mailing your own letters requires no uploads. What you upload is used only to verify your identity with the bureaus.
