What do the dispute and letter statuses in CreditRefresh mean?
A Draft round or letter does not describe whether your membership payment succeeded. A delivery label in Letter library is display information, not a control for ordering mailing.
A Draft round or letter does not describe whether your membership payment succeeded. A delivery label in Letter library is display information, not a control for ordering mailing. A recorded mailed date can come from provider activity or a member's self-mail confirmation, and does not itself prove bureau delivery. After self-mailing use Confirm mailing. For RushMail, review the existing round's order and total before Pay & send, and ask support to review any letters already self-mailed before buying another order.

A verified response means the bureau reported that the disputed information was verified, and does not by itself settle whether a specific error remains. Keep the response and identify the unresolved inaccuracy and evidence.
After your dispute letter is mailed, by you or through RushMail, the bureau receives it, contacts the data furnisher (the bank, lender, or collector that reported the item), and asks them to verify the disputed information. The bureau then deletes, modifies, or verifies the item based on what the furnisher reports back. The whole investigation has to be done within 30 days under FCRA Section 611.
CreditRefresh does not automatically mail letters as part of membership. Review the letters in the existing round and either download and physically mail the package or authorize a separate RushMail order through Pay & send.
Open the current round and read the Dispute receipt, including the mailed date, Expected by and Latest by. Those dates are workflow estimates and do not prove delivery or a bureau outcome.
