How do I update my payment method?
You can update the card on file for your RefreshMonitoring subscription in your account billing settings. Changing your payment method keeps your subscription and dispute history intact — it only swaps which card is charged on your next billing date. If a payment didn't go through, updating to a working card and contacting support is the fastest way to restore access.
Updating the card on file
Your RefreshMonitoring subscription is billed to the card you have on file. To change it, open your account settings and go to the billing section, where you can replace your card or update its details. The change applies to your next billing date — it doesn't trigger an immediate charge.
Your subscription stays intact
Updating your payment method doesn't reset anything. Your subscription, your dispute history, and every bureau response stay exactly where they are. You're only changing which card gets charged, not the account itself.
If a payment didn't go through
If a charge didn't go through — an expired card, a new card number, or insufficient funds at the time — your access can be interrupted until billing is current. The fix is to update to a working card. If your access doesn't restore on its own shortly after, email support@creditrefresh.ai and we'll get it sorted.
Why keeping billing current matters
An active subscription is what keeps your reports being pulled and your disputes tracked. If billing lapses, new bureau pulls stop, the same way they would if you cancelled. Disputes already mailed to the bureaus keep running on their own 30-day clock, but new analysis pauses until billing is back in good standing.
