Select Confirm review to confirm those outcomes. Uploading alone does not confirm the result of each item. If an earlier save failed with property items should not exist, have support check which outcomes are missing before re-entering them.

A verified response means the bureau reported that the disputed information was verified, and does not by itself settle whether a specific error remains. Keep the response and identify the unresolved inaccuracy and evidence.
Start with the bureau response, delivery evidence and the specific information that remains wrong. A new round should address the actual unresolved issue or new evidence, and must not assert that a bureau already replied when no response exists.
That is called reinsertion, and the FCRA regulates it tightly. Under Section 611, a bureau may only put a deleted item back if the furnisher certifies it is complete and accurate, and the bureau must notify you in writing within 5 business days, including the furnisher's contact information. A reinsertion without that notice is itself an FCRA violation, separate from the item's accuracy.
A dispute groups the items and mailing history being handled together. Review and change eligible items while the round remains editable, using specific reporting errors as the basis.
