CreditRefresh backs members who work the full program with a 100% money-back guarantee, and every condition is published on that page. It is a refund promise, not a score promise: the bureaus decide dispute outcomes, and the monthly payment covers each monitoring period once the reports are pulled.

Maybe you paid $49.99 and want to know what comes back. Or you are about to pay and want the rules first. The terms are set in advance, and each one is below.

CreditRefresh offers a 100% money-back guarantee to members who finish the program

We refund 100% of every Refresh Monitoring payment to a member who works the full twelve-month program and never sees a bureau score rise above where it started. The guarantee promises a refund and not a higher score, because the bureaus decide dispute outcomes and scores depend on the rest of your file.

The guarantee is separate from the refund policy, and it is conditional. We do not control the bureaus or the companies that report to them, so we promise what we control, which is your money. Read every condition on the guarantee page before you rely on eligibility.

What must a CreditRefresh member do to qualify for the money-back guarantee?

A member sends nine dispute rounds through RushMail, one every 40 days, over a full year, then files a claim in a set window. Each condition below is yours to check, and all of them come from our published guarantee.

  • An active subscription. Refresh Monitoring stays active and uninterrupted for 12 consecutive months, through the day your claim is decided.
  • Nine rounds, all through RushMail. Self-mailed rounds do not count toward the guarantee.
  • Utilization at 6% or below by round eight. Our guarantee page says: “Get your overall credit card utilization to 6% or below by the time your eighth round goes out, and keep it there through your claim.”
  • No new negative items. Our guarantee page says: “No new late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, or bankruptcies added to your reports during the guarantee period. Disputes cannot outrun new negative activity.”
  • No chargebacks. No payment disputes or chargebacks on Refresh Monitoring or RushMail charges during the period.
  • No score above your starting score. None of your three bureau scores may have been higher than at enrollment.
  • Wait, then file. Wait 60 days after your ninth round is mailed, then file during the 30-day window that follows.

For context, a bureau has 30 days from receiving your dispute to reinvestigate, extended by up to 15 days when you send it relevant information during that period (Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611(a)(1)). The 40-day cadence gives each round that full window before the next one goes out.

When can you ask CreditRefresh for a refund after signing up?

You can request a refund before the credit monitoring pull (CreditRefresh Help). After the reports are pulled, the monthly payment covers that monitoring period, while suspected duplicate, incorrect or post-cancellation charges still need review (CreditRefresh Help).

So timing matters. Say you sign up today and change your mind before the pull. Email us then, and the request falls in the window we publish. If you wait until after the pull, the refund path is the guarantee, which has its own conditions above. A charge that looks wrong is a separate matter, and support reviews it.

What does CreditRefresh not refund?

The monthly payment for a monitoring period in which the reports were pulled is not refunded, and the guarantee does not promise any score or deletion result. Each exclusion is stated here so you know it before you pay.

  • Pulled periods. After reports are pulled, the monthly payment covers that monitoring period.
  • RushMail fees. RushMail per-letter fees are billed separately and are not refunded under the guarantee.
  • Outcomes. The guarantee is a conditional refund of eligible Refresh Monitoring payments. It does not cover any item changing or any score moving.
  • New negative items. A late payment, collection, charge-off, repossession or bankruptcy added to your reports during the guarantee period ends eligibility.

How do you request a CreditRefresh refund or file a guarantee claim?

Email support@creditrefresh.ai from the address on your account. For a billing refund, give the charge date and amount; for a guarantee claim, follow the procedure our guarantee terms publish:

  1. Wait 60 days after your ninth round is mailed. The 30-day claim window opens then.
  2. Email support@creditrefresh.ai with the subject line “Guarantee claim” during that window, and include the email address on your account. RushMail’s records cover your proof of mailing automatically.
  3. We review complete claims within 14 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

A claim is disqualified if it is filed outside the 30-day window, if any bureau score was higher at any point during the 12 months than at enrollment, or if the subscription lapsed, paused or was cancelled before the claim was decided. It is also disqualified if fewer than nine rounds were completed, a round fell outside the 40-day cadence or was mailed outside RushMail, if utilization was above 6% at round eight or after, if new negative items were added, or if a chargeback or payment dispute was filed.

The guarantee applies once per person, to the original account holder only, and is not transferable. The terms in effect the day you enroll are the terms that apply to you. Leave your card number, Social Security number and ID photos out of the email.

What does each credit-dispute tool bill you each month, and for what?

CreditRefresh is a flat $49.99 a month with no setup fee, no per-dispute charge and no contract, and it drafts letters for all three bureaus.

If you paid a service and got nothing back, the anger is understandable. Lexington Law has a 3.2 Trustpilot score across 624 reviews, as published. In its latest 200 reviews, 131 are 1 or 2 stars, and 30 of those say billing continued or a refund was refused. A one-star Trustpilot review of Lexington Law from September 18, 2026, by Abeer A. reads: “I canceled the service, yet they charged me again after the cancellation.” DisputeBee shows a 3.2 on Trustpilot across 68 reviews, and 2 of the 10 one- and two-star reviews among its latest 66 raise the same.

We put our refund terms, and our exclusions, in writing before you enter a card.

What do you get for $49.99 a month with CreditRefresh?

For $49.99 a month you get Refresh Monitoring, with CreditRefresh included at no additional cost. We are Credit Refresh LLC, and our software takes you from report scan to letter generation to mailing in three steps, with nothing to learn and no training session. The FCRA dispute right is free. The work of doing it yourself is reading three reports, drafting a letter per item, mailing, and tracking 30 days, and we do that work for you to review.

Our AI scans your reports from all three bureaus, checks payment histories for inconsistencies, and drafts letters citing the specific issue and statutory basis. You review and sign every letter. On Trustpilot, CreditRefresh holds a 4.6 across 22 reviews. In a five-star Trustpilot review dated October 2, 2026, Konnor C. wrote: “found a bunch of errors that it was able to dispute, sent letters in like 5 minutes”. And in a five-star Trustpilot review dated September 20, 2026, Rory D. wrote: “Found errors that I was unaware of in a very short time”.

Members who work the full program and see no bureau score rise above where they started can claim back every Refresh Monitoring payment under our 100% money-back guarantee. It is a refund promise, never a score promise. We are not a law firm, and our drafts are not legal advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

FAQ

Can you cancel CreditRefresh at any time?

Yes. There is no contract. Open Settings, choose Billing and subscription, select Cancel plan, then complete the confirmation. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access through the period you paid for (CreditRefresh Help). Cancelling does not by itself confirm a refund request, so send that separately.

Is there a setup fee or a per-dispute charge with CreditRefresh?

No. Refresh Monitoring is $49.99 a month with CreditRefresh included, a $0 setup fee and no per-dispute charge (CreditRefresh Pricing). The only optional cost is a small per-letter fee if you have RushMail mail a round instead of mailing it yourself.

Does the money-back guarantee promise a higher credit score?

No. Our guarantee page says: “The 100% money-back guarantee is a refund promise, not a promise of any credit outcome.” The bureaus and the companies that report to them decide dispute outcomes, and we control neither.

Do you need Refresh Monitoring to use CreditRefresh?

Yes. The dispute tool is not sold on its own; it comes with Refresh Monitoring, currently $49.99 a month (CreditRefresh Help). Credit data for your three bureau reports comes from the third party Array, and you connect them once when you subscribe (CreditRefresh blog, 2026).

What should you do if you see a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled?

Email support@creditrefresh.ai from your account address with the charge date and amount, and keep your cancellation confirmation. Suspected duplicate, incorrect or post-cancellation charges still get reviewed after reports are pulled, and an email request is not confirmation that a refund has been issued.

Does CreditRefresh send the dispute letters for you?

No. The AI does not dispute for you. A letter reaches a bureau only when you mail it or place a RushMail order. When RushMail mails a bureau letter for you, it adds your ID front, ID back and proof of address. RushMail time-stamps and tracks each letter and is the only mailing record accepted for claims.

CreditRefresh puts every dispute letter in your hands: you choose what gets disputed, you review and sign each one, and nothing goes out without you. Backed by a 100% money-back guarantee.
